Ancora assonnata e con il caffè in mano ricontrollo il testo e clicco su “publish”… (PROMEMORIA PER ME: la prossima volta fallo a mente lucida!).
Spulcio i miei blog preferiti, le immagini di collezioni e di backstage nella sezione Sfilate di Grazia. Ecco che la collezione di Burberry mi sveglia del tutto. Una nuova idea DIY si aggiunge alla mia Moleskine.

Tiro fuori l’occorrente: finalmente ho quelle introvabili borchie che cercavo da settimane. Sembrava impossibile, ma ce l’avevo fatta. L’antico vaso andava salvato!
Reflex alla mano inizio a fotografare i vari passaggi.

“Già quest’ora!?!” Si mangia!!!

“Devo finire di scattare le foto prima che sia notte!”

Carico le foto sul Mac e lancio Photoshop. “Se si blocca un’altra volta, lancio anche il Mac!”.

Stendo una bozza di testo. “E adesso come traduco in inglese e francese ‘pinze a punta tonda’?”. Parte la caccia al dizionario.

DIETRO LE QUINTE… di un post DIY ci sono momenti esilaranti, esperimenti falliti, successi entusiasmanti. Sentimenti difficili da trasmettere in un blog. Ecco svelato il perché di questo post: ho voluto farmi conoscere meglio condividendo con i miei followers e con gli altri partecipanti al contest BLOGGER WE WANT YOU il dietro le quinte dell’ultimo DIY ispirato ad uno dei must-have dell’A/I di Burberry.

Still sleepy and with my coffee ready in hand, I check once again the post and hit “publish” (MEMO FOR ME: next time, I must check it when my mind is well clear!).
I browse through my favourite blogs, through the images of the collections and of the backstage on Grazia.it, especially in the Fashionshows category. My most loved collection is Burberry Prorsum FW 12 and guess what? I’m immediately wide awake!!! A new DIY idea just noted on my Moleskine!

I start collecting the material: eventually, I’ve found the studs there I’ve been searching for weeks! It was quite impossible, but I did find them after all!

“Is it already time to have lunch?”. “Yes, finally it is!”.

“I must finish to take the pictures before the sun goes down!”.

I upload the pictures on my Macbook and then open Photoshop, “but, trust me! If it breaks down another time, I’ll get rid of it!”

I start writing the first draft. “Drums, pleasssse: how can I translate the several technical terms in English and French???”. Here I go with my loved dictionaries!

BEHIND THE SCENES… of a blog post there are hilarious moments, unsuccessful experiments, exciting achievements: feelings quite difficult to express in a blog.
